Pressure sensitive label application.
This unique system, shown here ??????with conveyor wrap around station, features a process which applies pressure sensitive, die cut and waste removed labels quickly and expertly to the front and back of containers. It has no timing screws and requires few adjustments for use with different products.
Each unit is custom designed to meet the purchaser's requirements. Solid state controls with integrated circuits provide high speed and accuracy in label placement. For code dating, imprints correlated to this system are available. 400 lbs. Finished in durable, hard anodized aluminum and stainless steel, with painted tubular steel base.

Pressure sensitive label application The unit shown here is applying two labels to the top of the product in one pass. The same system can be produced so that both machines will apply the same label. When the labels on the first machine run out, the second machine will start applying labels automatically while the first machine is being reloaded to insure continuous operation without down time.
